Abstract

Abstract. The goal of this research is to investigate how reward that offer by organization influencing the employee KS intention and behavior. The relationship between two dimension of reward such financial and non-financial reward and employee intention and behavior in KS will be explored in this study. Theory reason of Action (TRA) and Theory Planed of Behavior is applied as a basis to develop a conceptual model for this research. The conceptual model consists of three hypotheses that explain the relationship between financial and non-financial reward constructs with employee intention and behavior in KS. Model and hypotheses were validated by a survey; the survey participated by 216 respondents from three Bank Institution in Indonesia. Data from the survey was analyzing by Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Smarts PLS V2. This study reveals that employee intention and behavior in KS is influenced by financial reward; however this study did not find any relationship between non-financial reward and employee intention and behavior in KS.
