Hubungan Kecerdasan Emosional, Tacit Knowledge Sharing, dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif pada Pekerja Konstruksi di Jakarta

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional (KE) terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif (PI) dengan menguji peran mediasi yang dimainkan oleh berbagi pengetahuan tacit (tacit knowledge sharing) pada pekerja konstruksi di Jakarta. Kuesioner survei terstruktur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 210 responden (perwakilan perusahaan konstruksi) yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SEM-PLS (structural equation modelling – partial least square). Kecerdasan emosional memiliki dampak positif langsung pada berbagi pengetahuan tacit dan perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan. Berbagi pengetahuan tacit secara positif memengaruhi perilaku kerja inovatif. Berbagi pengetahuan tacit berperan sebagai pemediasi parsial hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan perilaku kerja inovatif.

Abstract. This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence (KE) on innovative work behavior (PI) by examining the mediating role played by tacit knowledge sharing (TKS) among construction workers in Jakarta. A structured survey questionnaire was used to collect data from 210 respondents (representatives of construction firms) located in Jakarta. Hypothesis testing uses SEM-PLS (structural equation modeling - partial least square). Emotional intelligence has a direct positive impact on tacit knowledge sharing and innovative behavior. Tacit knowledge sharing influences innovative work behavior. Tacit knowledge sharing acts as a partial mediator of the relationship between emotional intelligence and innovative work behavior.
