Abstract

Abstract. Facing the era of global business competition, the company is required to continue to innovate and improve sustainably to expand and maintain the market. Business uncertainty breeds a new awareness of the importance of risk elements in every decision-making. Risks are unavoidable but risks can be well managed so that the probability of losses can be mitigated. Green Supply Chain Management examines the integration of environmental concepts in supply chain management. Prior research suggests that there are risks in GSCM implementation including partnerships, management policy failures, supplier failures, major customer failures, technology, and markets. This risk may result in delays in delivery, financial deviation, and damage to goods or other matters that may affect the smooth operation of the business. PT. Jamu Sehat which is one of the herbal manufacturers in Indonesia. The problem faced is the decline in the value of product sales. Therefore, the company seeks to increase the value of sales through the fulfillment of the demands of environmentally friendly products to provide added value to its products. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the risk of GSCM implementation at PT. Jamu Sehat. The method used is Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process to determine the priority of risk agent, then Plan-Do-Study-Act method is used to develop GSCM implementation strategy. Based on the analysis using PDSA, the proposed strategy is to update the existing Standard Operational Procedure in the company and standardize the product.

Abstrak. Memasuki era persaingan bisnis global, perusahaan dituntut untuk terus melakukan inovasi dan perbaikan secara berkelanjutan guna memperluas dan mempertahankan pasar. Ketidakpastian bisnis melahirkan kesadaran baru tentang pentingnya unsur risiko dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan. Risiko tidak bisa dihindari namun risiko dapat dikelola dengan baik sehingga peluang tingkat kerugian dapat dimitigasi. Green Supply Chain Management mengkaji pengintegrasian konsep lingkungan dalam supply chain management. Penelitian terdahulu menyebutkan bahwa terdapat risiko dalam implementasi GSCM mencakup kemitraan, kegagalan kebijakan manajemen, kegagalan pemasok, kegagalan pelanggan utama, teknologi, dan pasar. Risiko ini dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan pengiriman, penyimpangan finansial, dan kerusakan barang atau hal-hal lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kelancaran operasi bisnis. PT. Jamu Sehat yang merupakan salah satu produsen jamu di Indonesia. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah penurunan nilai penjualan produk. Untuk itu, perusahaan berusaha meningkatkan nilai penjualan melalui pemenuhan terhadap tuntutan produk yang ramah lingkungan guna memberikan nilai tambah pada produknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi risiko implementasi GSCM pada PT. Jamu Sehat. Metode yang digunakan adalah Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process untuk menentukan prioritas risk agent, kemudian metode Plan-Do-Study-Act digunakan untuk menyusun strategi implementasi GSCM. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan PDSA, usulan strategi adalah memperbaharui Standard Operational Procedure yang ada di perusahaan dan melakukan standardisasi produk.
