The 5th International Conference on Management in Emerging Markets on August 3-5, 2020, i.e., ICMEM 2020. ICMEM 2020 is a continuation of four previous annual conferences organized successfully by the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung, since 2016.

The conference theme is “Sustainable Development: Orchestrating Business to Respond to Society’s Latest Challenges.” To our surprise, besides the regular business and management-related papers, we received several thematically suitable documents for ICMEM 2020. While the conference was only a discussion avenue, we hope it could expose the participants to issues relevant to sustainable development and how businesses can deal with such problems. Of course, other papers are as valuable as they collectively contribute to the conference. Overall, we thank you for contributing your academic work to ICMEM 2020!
