Kinerja Sektor Industri Manufaktur Provinsi Jawa Barat Berdasarkan Lokasi di Dalam dan di Luar Kawasan Industri

Abstrak. Sektor industri manufaktur merupakan motor penggerak perekonomian suatu wilayah. Peran sektor industri manufaktur di suatu wilayah akan lebih optimal apabila pada wilayah tersebut terdapat lokasi-lokasi industri yang ketersediaan infrastruktur dasar, infrastruktur penunjang dan sarana penunjang yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja sektor industri manufaktur di Provinsi Jawa Barat berdasarkan lokasi di dalam kawasan industri dan di luar kawasan industri. Model analisis menggunakan Model Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) yang dilakukan disagregasi ke dalam sektor industri manufaktur yang berlokasi di dalam dan di luar kawasan industri. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sektor industri manafaktur yang berlokasi di dalam kawasan industri mempunyai kinerja yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan sektor industri manufaktur yang berlokasi di luar kawasan industri. Kinerja dimaksud adalah dalam peningkatan nilai tambah faktor produksi baik faktor tenaga kerja maupun faktor modal dan kinerja dalam peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat.

Abstract. Manufacturing industry sector is the driving force of the economy of a region. The role of manufacturing industry sector in a region will be more optimal if in the region there are industrial locations that availability of basic infrastructure, supporting infrastructure and adequate supporting facilities. This study aims to analyze the performance comparison of manufacturing industry sectors of West Java Province Based on location inside and outside industrial estates. The analytical model uses the Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) Model which is disaggregated into the manufacturing industry sectors located within and outside the industrial estate. The results of the analysis show that industrial sector manafaktur located in industrial estate have better performance compared with manufacturing industry sector which is located outside industrial area. Performance is meant in the increase of value added factors of production both labor factors and capital and performance factors in increasing public revenues.
